Walsh Brothers
I’m writing this letter on behalf of Matt Benevides. Matt as you know was your foreman for the Tufts Tilton Hall project in Somerville, Ma. Madd did a great job as a foreman. His drive and commitment was a huge help with the schedule. Matt and his crew that you had were respectful, coordinated with other trades, and helped out when asked. As a project super it can be stressful and tough dealing with workers who don’t do what they are asked, which thankfully was nothing I had to worry about with your team.
I would recommend this project team to any other GC or co-worker within Walsh Brothers.
Thank you for all your help.

As I had mentioned when we spoke over the phone, working through these challenging two years and any complications that have come up along the way, Mitchell has consistently stood out with a positive and constructive demeanor that is really appreciated and has made some painful situations much more bearable. He has been a quiet force who responded to some very difficult and frustrating circumstances with nothing but professionalism. Everyone on our team that has worked with him has said the same thing.
I also really appreciate how responsive and supportive you have been in helping us work through unique challenges in a far from ordinary time. Regardless of the question or issue, you have consistently made Federal a priority and helped us find an answer.
Best,

Columbia
We have done many successful projects together over our relationship that spans 25 years. I wanted to take the time to express our thanks for your team’s most recent performance at the Thermofisher Scientific project in Chelmsford, MA. This was a design-assist, flash-track pharmaceutical manufacturing project that was executed in the midst of a global pandemic.
Your team, led by Michael Padden and Ian McKinnon did an outstanding job and provided fantastic support from start to finish. They were proactive, engaged in the details, great communicators, and team players. They were always very supportive of Columbia’s efforts whether it was dealing with a design issue or staying on top of schedule. The Sagamore team made a major contribution to the success of the project.
I would not hesitate to recommend this team in the future, and I look forward to many more successful projects.
Many thanks,
Michael Hamill

BTW, I would like to send some belated kudos. Brian Nichols was the foreman on our buildout in 2020/21. He did a phenomenal job both during the buildout and supporting us after. The new facility was my COVID project, both the design and management. Considering we started the project at the start of the pandemic, I put us on a very short timeline. Brian was a superstar, especially towards the end. It would be my pleasure and honor to work with Brian again in the future.
Also, Bruce and Zach are HVAC superstars. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix a problem with one of our RTUs that neither the vendor nor installer (who shall remain unnamed) could fix over multiple visits during the warranty period last year. Both are also super commutative and knowledgeable. It is comforting to me that I never have to have concerns with their work, unlike some other PM vendors we use.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sagamore as a plumbing contractor or HVAC contractor. If fact, you will be my vendor of choice for these services going forth.
Best,
Peter

Lifoam
The project demanded close coordination and collaboration between Bill and Joe, as well as, with Sagamore management, J Calnan and Associates (general contractor), and Lifoam (plant operator). These two project leaders did a most excellent job of working with their teams, managing their respective projects and communicating with me to understand the work at hand, as well as comprehending the bigger picture for the overall project. In the end, our modifications were minor, debug went smoothly and LifeMade now operates the most modern, state-of-the-art expanded polystyrene manufacturing facility in the US.
I owe many thanks to both Joe and Bill for their capable support, the working relationship we forged through the project, combined with the knowledge and professionalism they bring to the table. I would welcome the opportunity to work with either one or both again anytime, anywhere.

Lifetime Athletic
As Site Superintendent of the Life Time Fitness project, I feel I know Jeff and his team quite well. Jeff began the Life Time project back in June of 2014 as our site plumbing foreman and concluded our project with Sagamore in July of 2015 as our plumbing and HVAC foreman. In Jeff’s role, he had a considerable amount of responsibility and handled his position gracefully. As we all know, the construction industry can become contentious and hostile at times and Jeff and his team were artistic with their work and performed above expectations on this project from start to finish. Due to Jeff and his team’s dedication and attention to detail, Life Time Construction was able to accelerate our schedule and open our facility early allowing Life Time Fitness to begin generating revenue 30 days earlier than originally expected and in the Health & Fitness industry that can prove to be a very lucrative for a company.
During the contract process with Sagamore Plumbing & Heating, Sagamore project management endorsed Jeff to foreman the plumbing and heating scope for the Life Time project and he proved them right as he become an important, effective, and integral part of our project. Jeff and his team took the initiative to identify problems and devise solutions. Jeff’s role required strong communication skills, and he has shown that he not only has these skills, but that he also has the ability to inspire respect and cooperation in teammates. Jeff has shown that he is a very intelligent person with a mind well-suited to the world of construction, particularly plumbing and plumbing code knowledge.
Based on my observations, Jeff and his field team clearly have the interest to excel in this field, and based on their performance, they clearly have the ability to achieve success. I, therefore, would highly recommend Jeff Coulstring and the entire Sagamore team to not only work on another Life Time Fitness project but would put Jeff and his team up against just about any other mechanical contractor without reservation. If you need any further information about Jeff, his team or Sagamore Plumbing & Heating please do not hesitate to contact me.

Amazon OWD5 & OWD9 Northborough
I’m pleased to provide this letter commending Sagamore Plumbing & Heating on your efforts to date on the Amazon OWD5 & OWD9 projects in Northborough, MA. This project entails installation of plumbing & HVAC systems throughout two 300,000 SF distribution centers.
This is a phased project with an extremely fast paced schedule, and your entire team have been up to the task of meeting project dates and deadlines. Your company’s ability to adapt to changing conditions, and unforeseen issues has allowed us to keep pace, and meet the owner’s expectations. I would specifically like to thank your site foreman Tim Roxborough for his leadership and efforts in helping with the water pressure issues we have been dealing with in both buildings.
Your team’s efforts to keep the buildings up and running for the owner while still meeting the daily project demands have been admirable. I feel strongly with the continued effort your team has shown to date that this project will be completed on schedule with great success for all. I would also like to commended Sagamore for their commitment to the safety protocols in place to maintain the buildings operations during this pandemic all while meeting the demands of the aggressive schedule.

Amazon DBC6 Hingham
Dear Mr. Harold,
I want to take a moment to thank you for your team’s commitment and excellence on the Amazon DBC6 Warehouse in Hingham. I appreciate the outstanding service your team is providing on this project and wanted to let you know I am truly grateful.
The outstanding service begins with your foreman Christian Doucette who pays attention to detail on all aspects of the project. His ability to communicate, layout, and work multiple areas as needed to meet schedule is evident. The project kicked off with a slow start based on the tough trenching and ledge. His ability to think out of the box and mobilize in multiple areas, coordinating install on the
plumbing from top to bottom, making the final connections to the underground last, is impressive. This has allowed Level Construction to maintain schedule.
I also applaud your office support team on their quick submittal process, enabling procurement of equipment on this fast-paced project. Level Construction appreciates the effort Sagamore Plumbing & Heating has shown and look forward to completing this project on schedule.
I thank you, and your team, and look forward to future projects together.
Thanks again.
Sincerely, Jeff Huth
