In the design build process we collaborate directly with the construction manager/owner to determine their needs, from a bullet point list, similar to schematic design stage documents along with a scope of work narrative. From this provided information, we then formulate our detailed scope or work in conjunction with our subcontractors scope of work and review for code compliance with our project engineer(s).

The goal is to provide a more cost effective and time saving process in comparison to the standard Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Document process. This could be performed on a simple small office renovation or on a complex research laboratory.
